A rigid structure which supports and feeds lighting, in single phase
or three phase.
Conforms to BS EN 60439-2
Conductors are protected by an auto-extinguishing sheath. Body
is hot dip galvanised steel to BS EN 10142, which forms the
protective earth.
IP55 (according to BS EN 60529)
Trunking lengths
Lengths with 2 or 3 tap-off outlets (spaced every
1.0m) are supplied with outlet covers fitted.
Lengths with 6 tap-off outlets (spaced every 0.5m) are
supplied with 3 tap-off covers fitted.
With 3 + 3 outlets
Tap-off outlets are spaced every 1·0m on both sides (6 positions per 3m length)
With 5 outlets on one side

Feeder lengths. A tap-off point is only possible on the junction between two lengths
Trunking lengths – 3 m
For vertical runs or riser applications. Special lengths between 400mm and 3m are available upon request.
IP40 protection when installed with outlets facing up. IP52 protection when
installed edgeways. IP55 protection when using tap-off outlet covers and
appropriate accessories.
Flame retardant in compliance with IEC 60332-3. Fully compliant with
BS EN 60439-2.
Rated currents are at an average ambient temperature of 40

C (over and
above the required standard of 35

C).
LIGHT DUTY
LB SINGLE SIDED LIGHTING BUSBAR
Conforms to BS EN 60439-2. Casing manufactured from Senzimir quality
galvanised steel suitable for use as a protective earth.
IP40 as standard, increasing to IP55 with use of appropriate accessories.

Trunking lengths
Tap-off outlets are spaced every 1.0 m on both sides and are fitted with shutters
to prevent accidental contact with live parts.
Expansion joints are not required.
